Deployable Construction Systems
We design and deliver construction-scale automated printing systems engineered for rapid setup, transportability and operation in austere or logistically constrained environments. These systems are purpose-built for expeditionary construction, infrastructure support and mission-critical use cases.
3D Construction Printer as a Service (PaaS)
Contour Crafting provides construction-scale 3D printers on a rental basis, deployed on-site with trained operators, setup, calibration and technical support enabling contractors, developers and government agencies to access automated, scalable construction without capital investment.
Engineering, Deployment & Commissioning
Our teams support system deployment from initial planning through on-site setup, alignment, calibration and commissioning. We work alongside customer teams, engineers and contractors to ensure systems are operationally ready and integrated into existing construction workflows.
Digital Construction Workflow & Simulation
We provide a full CAD-to-construction digital workflow, including toolpath generation and construction simulation prior to execution. This reduces risk, improves repeatability and supports documentation, verification and training requirements especially important for government programs.
Hybrid Integration with Conventional Construction
Contour Crafting systems are designed to augment, not replace, conventional construction methods. We support hybrid workflows where automated fabrication is combined with traditional materials, reinforcement strategies and finishing trades.
